Is the Global College of Natural Medicine Legit? | alternative ...
- The International Herb Association (IHA)
I was wondering if this is legitimate. Would this certificate be taken seriously? it is an online class and can be completed at my own pace as long as I complete it in 12 months. The certificate costs about $ 2,000.
Also, do you have any suggestions for legitimate alternative healing schools or programs?
Thanks!
Yes it is legit! I wish persons that are not informed on the subject matter would not waste the time to comment. MOST of these schools are not accredited in the traditional sense because they are promoting Natural Wellness modalities and hence, the government, who ultimately are “the persons that be” and who does the accrediting are not fond of schools that do not conform to their grand scheme of things, ie: big pharma; therefore there is no money maker in it for them.
Traditional med schools in which the students/ graduates are taught and trained to write out bombshells of prescription drugs and then are given birddogs/ bonuses and gifts for their participation. I am amazed at what my dear friend and long time customer who IS an MD, gets in return for pushing prescription drugs, but yet he is MY customer and says he won’t take them or give them to his wife or daughter unless absolutely necessary. Notice sooo many people are on loads of meds for any and everything (they even made up a new one for persons stressed by graveyard shift work, lol), that do not cure the illness, but yet cause others. $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ That is the short answer.
However you can find some schools that are accredited traditionally, but tuitions will sky rocket for the sake of being able to say that we are accredited. Important core is then replaced with basic educations requirements such as english, etc. Personally I feel that if you are truly interested in the Natural health industry, the better education, is unfortunately in the non traditionally accredited schools. There you will learn more of the core of what it is you seek. I am in no way a hater of allopathic medicine as it has a very important place in the world, however it is being abused by greed, which is why I choose the natural approach for myself and actually see results. You should hear testimonials from my customers. I am also a soon to be student of GCNM to further my studies. All states have their requirements or restrictions such as the way your title must be styled. As the owner of an all natural skin and health boutique for several years now, some of my best customers are actually doctors and we discuss loathes of topics. I hope this helps and good luck on your decision!
